To child who see the world peaceful and lovely:

To child who have slept in the bombs hug:

Oh Palestinian child!

Oh Lebanonian child!

I am not, alike the Bomb!

                   My hands is not hot,

                             My hug is not painful,

        My room door is locked,

                             My hands is tied,

                                                      Otherwise,

                                                                   Be sure!

                         I would come to you in a hurry,

                                                             And hug you with love,

                                                                          and take my hands above your head,

                                                           as an umbrella,

                                                     and keep you

                                against the bomb rain

            Now I promise you,

            Still in the world, the men exist,

                             that

Aren’t alike the bomb,

                              And

Their hands is not hot

                               And

Their hug is not painful.
